ALASKA 1282 DECOMPRESSION
What happened ?
Alaska Airlines Flight 1282 was a scheduled U.S. domestic flight operated by Alaska Airlines from Portland International Airport in Oregon to Ontario International Airport in California. Shortly after takeoff on January 5, 2024, a door plug (a panel installed to replace an optional emergency exit door) on the Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft blew out causing an uncontrolled decompression of the aircraft.

Peu après le décollage, le 5 janvier 2024, un panneau d'obturation (un élément installé pour remplacer une issue de secours optionnelle) s'est détaché du Boeing 737 MAX 9, provoquant une décompression incontrôlée de l'appareil.

What happened ?
An Air France Boeing 777 taking off from JFK New York airport reported to the air traffic controller that the aircraft may have hit some birds. The aircraft then reported a burning smell and requested to return to New York.

KLM 737 fuel emergency
What happened ?
A KLM Boeing 737 carried out a go around at Amsterdam Schipol when the flaps became stuck at 25. The aircraft also became short on fuel with only 30 minutes remaining and declared a mayday.

What happened ?

Tragedy struck at Montreal-Trudeau International Airport on August 24th as a ramp agent was struck by an Airbus A350-900. It’s said that the individual, now deceased, had stumbled during pushback.
British Airways Boeing 787 Emergency Slide Inflates Onto Catering Truck In Montreal
What happened ?
A British Airways Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner (G-ZBLA) was preparing to operate flight BA94 from Montréal (YUL) to London Heathrow (LHR) on Saturday, September 5, when its left rear emergency evacuation slide unexpectedly deployed on the ground.
The incident occurred while a catering truck was positioned alongside the aircraft, bringing pre-departure preparations to a halt as ground and maintenance teams dealt with the inflated slide and inspected the aircraft.
The aircraft eventually departed Montréal and reached London Heathrow approximately 2 hours 30 minutes behind schedule. The aircraft was also scheduled to operate a subsequent service to Newark, which was affected by the incident and required maintenance checks.
An inadvertent slide deployment is a significant ground-maintenance event because the evacuation slide must be inspected and properly repacked or replaced before the door can return to normal service.
