DEFINITION 

An aircraft ground incident is any non-accident event linked to an aircraft while it is on the ground that affects, or could affect, safe operations or causes physical damage. 

Un incident au sol impliquant un aéronef est tout événement autre qu'un accident, lié à un aéronef alors qu'il se trouve au sol, qui affecte ou pourrait affecter la sécurité des opérations ou qui cause des dommages matériels.
